MEET YOUR SUPPORT NETWORK

Hi, I’m Georgina Wysiecki–baby sleep consultant, registered social worker & mum of 2 (very) different babies

AKA living proof that you can do this and a big believer in there’s no such thing as one-baby sleep solution-suits-all when it comes to getting your baby to sleep.

Having two bubs during the pandemic (and experiencing a traumatic birth which took precious bonding time away from me and my baby) really showed me the importance of connection, support and most importantly, sleep.

I hated bedtime.

By the end of the day, I had tapped out. My tank was empty and it was a mountain I couldn’t bear to climb. Until I realized the reason why. I was so focussed on the end goal of getting my baby to sleep, that I wasn’t enjoying the process. The bonding time. And that’s when it all changed.

That realization is the reason I went down the track to becoming a Baby and Child Sleep Consultant, helping parents like you reach your sleep goals and improve your mental health and relationships.

And this is Tracy Adams–our resident parent coach, registered occupational therapist, first time mom & ice-cream connoisseur

Giving birth during the pandemic, Tracy put the strategies she uses with her clients into full-force.

Using a coaching and resiliency approach, she’ll walk you through the woods of parenthood, giving you the tools & strategies to manage stress, communicate better and set gentle (but firm) boundaries in your home.
