INFANTS: 4 - 12 months
SLEEP CONSULTING
Supporting you through sleep consulting, guidance and care for your baby
Compassionate sleep support from certified Canadian sleep consultants.
As your baby grows, sleep needs shift rapidly. Naps change, nights get longer, bedtime routines shift, and sleep regressions can show up unexpectedly.
This age is full of milestones and challenges with hope for when your baby sleeps through the night.
Our certified infant sleep consultants are here to take you step by step through your baby’s developmental stages and your family’s needs.
Baby sleep at this stage can feel like progress... then setbacks.
Just when things settle, a new regression or growth spurt can throw everything off.
Nap resistance, nighttime wake-ups, and regressions are all normal at this stage.
Between teething, mobility, separation anxiety, and feeding shifts, 4–12 months can be a rollercoaster. You might be wondering whether it’s time for more structure to help your infant stay asleep (or fall back asleep). You might wonder if something you’re doing is “wrong.”
We are your dedicated sleep coach.
As your baby sleep consultant, we help you make sense of this phase with responsive, baby-led support. There’s no one “right” approach. Just the one that fits your baby best.
We provide a HIGH LEVEL of PERSONALIZED support. You’ll receive a tailored sleep plan and ongoing guidance that adapts with your baby.

Online tips vs. Infant Sleep Consultant: what’s the real difference in approach?
Tried all the online hacks and still awake in the middle of the night?
You’re not alone. While advice forums and social media can offer suggestions, they don’t factor in your baby’s temperament, your parenting style, or your real-life schedule.
Our team of certified Canadian sleep consultants creates custom strategies rooted in your baby’s biology, family values, and daily rhythms. We bring clarity, consistency, and calm, without rigid rules or pressure.
We provide GUIDANCE to fit YOUR BABY and your life.
Our gentle approach respects connection, emotional regulation, and your unique goals.

FAQs: Infant Sleep Consultant
Is 4–12 months the right time to work with a sleep consultant?
Yes. This is one of the most powerful windows to support sleep. Your baby is likely developmentally ready for longer stretches at night and more structured naps. We help you support those changes gently, confidently, and with care.
What’s the benefit of a baby sleep consultant now?
This stage sets the tone for future sleep patterns. By creating predictable routines and improving sleep habits now, you can reduce night wakings, support developmental progress, and ease transitions later on. We help you avoid sleep deprivation (improving the mental health of parents) and get ahead of major regressions.
I’m not sure if we really need a sleep consultant. What if this is just a phase?
That’s a common hesitation. While some sleep challenges do pass, others can linger or get harder to manage. Working with a sleep consultant gives you clarity, confidence, and tools to handle sleep more easily, now and down the road.
