As Canadian sleep consultants, we take a non-fear-based approach to sleep. We don’t rely on rigid routines, panic around overtiredness, or default early bedtimes that don’t align with a child’s needs. In many cases, being undertired has a much greater impact on sleep quality than being overtired.

Our role is to help you find your child’s natural rhythm, not rush or restrict their day. The result is sleep that feels calmer, more predictable, and easier to sustain long-term.

    • 4 weeks of 1:1 once a day, (Monday to Friday) support.

    • We see these weeks as an opportunity for you to implement our recommendations, make some changes, and get extra guidance through the process.

    • Specifics of how this support (shared note/whatsApp/email/text support) can be discussed directly with Paige/Georgina.

Depending on the level of support you choose, we offer follow-up guidance and adjustments as your child settles into their new rhythm. Our goal isn’t just better sleep, it’s helping you feel confident and supported along the way.
